Delegate Registration
To edit or change your registration/workshops/accommodation please CLICK HERE. Please note you may register for the Congress now and log back in to add workshops, accommodation or social events at a later date.
All attendees, including invited speakers, must register in advance of the congress. Registered delegates will receive the following:
- Delegate Bag including the programme, copy of the Congress proceedings and other associated materials
- Name Badge permitting access to all sessions
- Refreshment breaks on the days attended
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony, Concert and Welcome Reception on Sunday 16th May
- Admission to the Edinburgh Castle Reception on Monday 17th May
- Option to purchase a ticket for the congress Dinner on Wednesday 19th May

To take advantage of the reduced registration rates for early booking, you must register by 28 February 2010. The registration fees are as follows:

Accompanying Guests
All accompanying guests must be registered. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the Welcome Reception. The Accompanying Guest Fee includes:
- Name Badge permitting access to the following events, but NOT Congress sessions
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony, Concert and Welcome Reception on Sunday 16th May
- Half day tour of Edinburgh on the morning of Monday 17th May
- Admission to the Edinburgh Castle Reception on Monday 17th May
- Option to purchase tickets for Accompanying Guest Tours
- Option to purchase a ticket for the Congress Dinner on Wednesday 19th May
