Cancellation

All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Cytology 2010 Secretariat:

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received on or before 28 February 2010 - an administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 28 February 2010 - full payment is due and no refunds issued. Name changes are permitted.

Cancellation of Hotel/Seviced Apartments Accommodation
Cancellations received on or before 28 February 2010 - no penalty.

Cancellations received after 28 February 2010 - hotels/serviced apartments may deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel/serviced apartment and the hotel/serviced apartment will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
