Delegates must settle their accounts with the hotel/serviced accommodation on the day of arrival or departure.
Non-arrival, cancellation or reduction in room nights after February 28th 2010 may result in penalty payments up to the equivalent of the full booking. Each hotel/serviced accommodation has its own cancellation conditions. The congress organizers have no influence in this regard.
TAX INCREASE: The prices below do not reflect the planned (1. January 2010) increase of 2.5% from 15% to 17.5% .
